Subscription tiers


Galytics.net provides great control and flexibility over your subscription plans, including the ability to easily upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier. Here’s how to select the subscription tier that best suits your needs.

All plans are priced according to your traffic levels

All Galytics.net subscription plans are priced based on your monthly traffic levels. Billing is determined by the total number of pageviews across all the sites you have added to your team.

To calculate your traffic level, we sum the number of pageviews from all websites in your Galytics.net team. You can check your current traffic level in the "Subscription" section of your team settings. Choose a subscription plan that fits your traffic levels.

What happens if I go over my monthly page views limit?

You will never be charged extra for an occasional traffic spike. We will not stop counting your stats due to a traffic spike, and you will retain access to your dashboard. There are no surprise fees, and your card will never be charged unexpectedly.

If your traffic levels consistently exceed your subscription plan for two consecutive months, we kindly ask you to upgrade your subscription plan using our self-serve platform. The new charge will be prorated to reflect the amount you have already paid and the remaining time until your current subscription expires.

If you do not upgrade, we will contact you to remind you to upgrade to a higher plan. After being contacted, you will have two weeks to decide whether to upgrade or cancel your account.

Features that are available on every plan

There are no differences in features between the various subscription plans. All features are available on every plan.

This also applies to our 30-day free trial. There are no restrictions on features or usage limits during the trial period.

How do I manage my subscription?

Everything is self-serve within your account settings. There are no long-term contracts, and you can change your subscription tier or cancel your plan at any time. There is no need to call or contact us.
