The total number of pageviews across every website in your team, added together. You can see your current billable total in your team settings at any time.

What happens if I go over my limit?

Nothing sudden. You are not charged extra for a traffic spike, we keep counting your stats, and your dashboard keeps working. If you exceed your plan for two consecutive months we will ask you to move up a tier.

Are any features held back on the cheaper plans?

No. Every plan includes every feature, session replay included, and so does the 30-day trial. The only thing that changes with price is how much traffic you can send.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The 30-day trial needs no card and has no feature or usage restrictions.

Can I cancel or change plan later?

Yes, from your account settings, with no contract and no need to contact us. Upgrades are prorated by Stripe against what you have already paid.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, handled by Stripe, which emails an invoice automatically on each payment. We cannot take wire transfer, invoicing or cryptocurrency.

Will I need a cookie banner?

No. Galytics sets no cookies and stores no personal data about your visitors, so there is nothing to ask their permission for.
